We are very excited to welcome our newly appointed Service Manager, Hugo van den Heever to our Silver Lakes team.
As a young man, starting out in the workforce in 2011. He decided to start a career in the motor industry. He obtained an opportunity as a Service Advisor at BMW Dealership. He was devoted and went out of his way to ensure that he delivered the highest quality service possible to his customers.
After proving his value as a Service Advisor at a premium brand, he was promoted to Service Controller in 2019.
In 2020 Hugo was offered an opportunity at a Land Rover / Jaguar Dealership as a Quality Manager. As he takes Customer Service very seriously, he was delighted to accept the position as it requires someone who is self-motivated, passionate, and committed to maintaining strict quality control of the Service Department.
As he steps into a Managers Position at Volvo Silver Lakes, he is 100 % committed to all Customers and Staff Members. Having a strong belief in teamwork, he wants to guide the Staff in making the right decisions while keeping the Customer’s needs and interests in mind. He strives to ensure excellent Customer Service and to provide a memorable experience with each visit to our Service Department.
